Funding for Middle Grade Social Emotional Learning

admin | Wednesday, June 17, 2015

The US Department of Education is inviting applications for the Skills for Success grant program. Awards likely to range from $400,000 to $600,000. Applications are due July 29, 2015.

Skills for Success supports Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) and their partners in implementing, evaluating, and refining tools and approaches for developing the non-cognitive skills of middle-grades students in order to increase student success.

The Career & College Clubs program incorporates and promotes social emotional learning, which makes it a perfect approach for Skills for Success.

We are seeking LEA partners to jointly apply for Skills for Success funding.
